Your audience: email lists and contacts

Audience (in your profile menu, alongside Content/Design/Branded links) shows everyone who’s signed up through an email signup block on your page, grouped into lists. Each list shows how many people have confirmed their subscription and how many have signed up in total.

Creating a list

Lists are created by you — there’s no default list. Choose Create list on the Audience page, or create one from an email signup block’s own settings. List names have to be unique within your profile, ignoring capitalization.

Viewing a list’s contacts

Open a list to see its contacts — each person’s email, whether they’ve confirmed or unsubscribed, and when they signed up and confirmed. Only a profile’s owner can see this view, since it contains visitor contact details; any collaborator can see the Audience overview and list counts. Long lists load a page at a time, with a Load more button at the bottom.

Exporting a list

Choose Download CSV at the top of a list’s page to export every contact in it, not just the ones currently loaded.
