The Design tab covers the visual side of your page, separate from its content: Presets (ready-made looks you can apply in one click), Background, Buttons, Text, and Socials (the icon style — brand colors, filled, or outline — and size used by your socials row).
Design has no save button of its own — every change you make on this tab, including applying a preset, saves automatically as you make it, the same as Content. Publishing is a separate step: it takes whatever you’ve saved and makes it visible at your public profile address.
